(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and (ii) the Company operating fitness club services under the “EN CYCLE” brand. The Company collects personal information provided by customers in stores, via telephone, email, through our website, and through our social media pages. The Company may also obtain personal information from third parties.
Providing information to the Company is voluntary. However, if required information is not provided, we may not be able to provide our services properly. Even if a transaction is not completed and the customer stops midway through entering information, the Company may collect and use the information entered in reservation forms in accordance with this Policy.

- Identification documents such as driver’s license, passport, or health insurance card presented at the time of membership registration
- Information obtained from verifying or copying documents such as residence certificates when deemed necessary
- Other required information related to participation in classes and services
2. Purpose of Use

- To provide fitness club services, reservations, and related services (the “Services”)

Application Terms
Applicants applying for positions at KOHATA Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) must review and agree to the following terms before registering required information.
